We do birthdays at every scale. A balloon stand for the entry table starts at $60. A full milestone party with arch, backdrop, and number column runs $400 to $800. Themed kid parties (carnival, unicorn, dinosaur) and milestone adult parties (30th, 40th, 50th) are our most-booked categories.
For kid parties, send the theme and the kid’s age. For milestone parties, send the venue and color palette. Brenda designs the layout, builds it on-site, and is gone before guests arrive.

How far in advance should I book?
For weekend events like weddings, baby showers, and milestone birthdays in London Ontario, we recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks out. Wedding season (May through September) and graduation season (May through June) fill fastest, and our custom build slots go early in those months. That said, we do take shorter-notice bookings if the calendar has space. Two weeks out is usually fine for smaller setups like birthday arches or table centerpieces. One week out is possible for a rush fee. If your event is tomorrow and you are reading this, message us anyway. We have pulled off same-day setups before for the right install size. The earlier you book, the more time Brenda has to design something that fits your specific colors, theme, and space rather than working from a standard template.

Do you do same-day or rush bookings?
We do take rush bookings when the schedule allows. Events booked less than 14 days out carry a 25% rush fee, and events booked less than 7 days out carry a 50% rush fee. This covers the cost of sourcing materials on short notice and rearranging the production calendar. Same-day is case by case depending on what is already in production and what size of balloon installation you need. A small birthday arch or a cluster of balloons for a surprise party is more likely to work same-day than a full wedding garland or ceiling install. If you are in a time crunch, message us immediately with your event details, balloon arch style, and preferred colors, and we will tell you within the hour whether we can make it happen. We do not keep you waiting on a same-day inquiry.

Balloon arch pricing in London Ontario depends on size, style, and complexity. A small organic garland arch for a birthday photo spot or classroom starts around $160. A standard doorway or ceremony arch for a wedding or bridal shower typically runs $499 to $749. Large statement arches for venues, grand openings, or full wedding ceremony backdrops can reach $1,200 to $2,400 depending on the design. Geometric and structural arches that require framing sit at the higher end. There is no cost to quote and no pressure to book. Custom designs are our normal, not an upgrade.

Do you provide setup and installation at the venue?
Yes, delivery and on-site setup are included in every quote. Brenda arrives before the event and installs everything directly in the venue so you do not have to manage logistics on your event day. For weddings and larger installations in London, we schedule arrival 2 to 3 hours before the event start. For smaller setups like birthday balloon arches or shower centerpieces, setup is typically 30 to 60 minutes. We coordinate with venues on access timing and work around any restrictions they have. If your venue has specific load-in rules, just let us know when you book and we will plan accordingly. Cleanup and removal after the event can be arranged at booking. You do not need to worry about breakdown or disposal. Everything from setup to cleanup is handled, so you can focus on your guests rather than the decor.
